One of my photos of musician Dave Arcari in Blues in Britain magazine, October 2010.
Clockwise from top left:
Rays: Shot from my car in a Tesco car park. Low sun in autumn is pretty, even if it does sometimes make driving a bit awkward.
Eric: One of the gorgeous animals I’m currently sharing a house with. Eric has a damaged front paw but it doesn’t stop him galloping around at high speed and running under people’s feet.
Mist: Another one shot from the car, in an Asda car park. What is it about supermarket car parks?!
Rocky: Another fluffy, went to sleep in my bag of clothes. I’m not sure how long he was in there, but he wasn’t impressed with being moved.
Pixie: The relentless chihuahua! Pixie has a ridiculous amount of energy. She’s keeping me fit at the moment with all the running around.
Sweetie: The final fluffy, Sweetie is Queen of the House and when she’s not sleeping on giant piles of cushions, she likes to drape herself across my husband’s shoulders (whether he likes it or not)
In case it’s not obvious, all my happy snaps are taken with my phone camera, mostly in not-the-best lighting. They most definitely do not qualify as art, but I’m enjoying being able to take photos for fun without using a ‘real’ camera.
